This is a 10.1 tablet. I ve ordered 10.1 screensavers and they are too big. My tablet is only 9 . I can t understand why when I ordered a 10.1 Samsung tablet. I feel cheated and misled. I am unable to even find a screensaver to fit. Why was this advertised as a 10.1

I don t know if this one is defective or it is the design but when I first began using it with my home wifi, it was set to bandwidth 5.0. After about 2 weeks, my internet was so slow, worse than dial up! I did a reset, no good. I then did a factory reset, still no good. Then I reset my home Wifi, still no good. When I checked the bandwidth, it gave me the options of 5.0 or 2.5. It was on 5.0 so I switched to 2.5. That seemed to get me connected with decent speed. Not high speed but usable. The battery will last about 8-12 hours depending on my use.

Rating may change later... But this arrived early and with easy setup. Has been in use for one day preparing it as a B-day gift. Unfortunately I don t know what provider sim card I should get for it but it arrived in good condition and partially charged. Just needs a sim card and a full battery and to be wrapped up ready to go..

The tablet itself is great, but had I known that the case did not put the tablet to sleep upon closing the cover, I d have purchased the other, less expensive option, and purchased the case separately. If it wasn t for the case, would ve been five stars.

It is a Samsung tablet. It works well, if you are familiar with Samsung phones you won t be disappointed. The case included is not the best design, the on button is hard to get to. The screen protector was scratched and unusable the memory card is great if you download lots of music.

My son is a big Samsung fan so he picked this for me. I have a job I have to sign in and get a client to sign with me. Other tablets have dropped the signature page making me start again. This tablet seems to struggle at times with touch or stylus. My only complaint.
