I purchased this refurbished TV for my wife so that she could use it for her laptop monitor in the home office. Very inexpensive, and I was concerned about the nature before buying, so I got the 3 year insurance. We ve had it for a few months now, and there hasn t been any problems with it. It s a smart TV which means it comes with the ability to watch Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu and others. You can also cast your phone or tablet directly to the TV! I used Google Home on my iPad and then you can watch whatever you have on your iPad on the big screen. Definitely better for your money than buying a computer monitor which wouldn t have the same features or picture quality. Don t forget to purchase the HDMI cable, too.

I would like to revise the previous rating now that the problems have been resolved. Initially I had to use two remotes-one for changing stations and the other for volume and ON OFF. One remote VIZIO and the other from the cable company. I stumbled on a manual which was included in the menu options; however, to get started it was trial and error due to the absence of, or reference to where a manual could be found.

Love the fact you have many colors and hues to select from, the image shown above is Calibrated Dark so you could see the tones (sorry I moved the camera) in pitch black. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS - the Device itself only has one preset Closed Captioning. I like a Large Font - so what I did was via my cable box and configured it to extra large (which is seen on the screen). The upside is, the Audio has various settings, but I plan to add my own Soundbar and Speakers (I love surround sound). As for picture: You have option for Gaming, Video, etc etc... which is great, click and go and done! It is true to HD 1080 DPI!

Was a bit skeptical due to low price but tv arrived safe n sound with all accessories. Easy set up. We love our patio tv. Perfect what we intended for use.

Steppin' Time

This tv was an amazing deal! The picture quality is pretty good and it s the perfect size for our armoire in the bedroom. However we have had some instances where it freezes up but I just unplug it and plug it back in and it s fine. Might be because it s on most of the day. The remote is nice and slim and it s nice to have the buttons for Netflix and prime videos. Also super nice to have the smart tv and still have some free channels since we don t have cable. The channels are actually pretty good too!

t really say anything negative about this set! Only a month old, but had more built-in apps than I was expecting and the picture is quite good given the price paid. My son uses it for his gaming system but it also makes for a great TV in a small room. Recommend

I bought this TV for the bunkhouse in my RV. It just barely fit inside the TV recess but looks great. Great picture quality and easy to set up. I ve had multiple Vizio TVs and very rarely have any issues.
