I am so happy with my new phone. I was a little hesitant at first to get this phone because I use Verizon, and I have heard the activation can be tricky sometimes. However, it took me less than 5 minutes. All I had to do was read the blog on Jethro s website about Verizon activation, and it was super simple. Thank goodness Jethro listens to the struggles their customers have, otherwise that blog wouldn t exist. I love my new phone! It is super easy to use and didn t cause a huge hole in my pocket.

This is a great phone for my Father-in-law, who is started to decline mentally. Even the flip phone he s had for years had become too complicated for him. He wanted a new phone and this looks upgraded compared to the old flip phone, but is easier for him to use. I especially like the charging dock because he just sets it in there without fumbling with tiny plug into phone anymore. It s a great replacement phone for an older parent. The name Jethro is a little off, just saying. I didn t have an explanation for that brand name to my FIL.

ease of setup. Charged it up and took it to my local AT T store. AT T installed the correct SIM card and assigned a phone number. I added the contact list and delivered to our family member that stays in a nursing home. Do to Covid 19 I could not meet with the family member directly. We had to rely on a window visit. Bottom line she is now in contact with family and friends once again.

My 88 year old Mother in Law has trouble answering this phone and navigating it, but it is still better than any my carrier had to offer.

I bought this phone for my mom and I am so happy I did! Previously she had the Jethro SC330 3G phone, but recently noticed a lot of call drops because 3G is being phased out. My mom loved how easy to use her was Jethro phone, so I went ahead and got her this new 4G phone. So far, this phone has been great for her. It has great coverage, better battery life, and works really well with her hearing aids! We also got her a Jethro prepaid plan for only 5 a month, which is a great deal. Overall, this phone is great bang for your buck!!

Ok lemme be honest, my job requires me to have the latest smartphone so there s no possible way I would love this phone. But for my 84 yr old dad, this is an absolute Godsend. The buttons are big, but not large enough he feels he s competing with the grandkids over this or their Fisher Price cell phone. Speed dial is simple and programming the phone took me 7 mins, including adding the speed dials. The screen is large and clear enough even with 1 bad eye, he can see it clearly. No confusing apps or other software, updates (that I know of for now). It s a simple phone for simple people who just want a phone that works like they did 40 years ago. And for this, my dad loves this phone. Btw , I wasn t paid for this review but my father thanks you for the phone!

I already have a smartphone. Bought it because I was looking for additional simple phone. The voice quality is nowhere as good as new smartphones. It is recommended that you wear earphones for better quality of sound. It is light weight and easy to hold while taking a call.
