I have a 5 year old who loves this game. She's had it for about a year and it's one of her favorites. It never gets old.

The player must find books and win treasures in the various games to fill Belle's library and Ariel's Cave. The games teach spelling, letter recognition, sound recognition, number sequence, counting, number recognition, addition, subtraction. There are three levels to choose from in each game. The kids pick up on it right away that the lower levels are easier.

This game is fun and there are so many things to do. Oh, and did I mention educational? I highly recommend it for any young girl who wants to be a princess.

Below, I describe the games available.

Snow Ride: Help Belle get to the castle. Navigate her horse by choosing the correct answer.
Level 1: Focuses on recognizing upper and lower case letters. For example, "Ride to the log with the letter `e.'"
Level 2: Focuses on recognizing the sounds of letters. For example, "Find the letter that stands for the sound `uh.'"
Level 3: Focuses on spelling. For example, "Find the letters that spell the word `had.'"

Sea Searching: Help Flounder swim to the bubble with the correct answer.
Level 1: Counting and recognizing numbers. Answer questions like "Swim to the number 5," or "How many rectangles are there?"
Level 2: Focuses on number sequence. For instance, "Swim to the number that comes after 72."
Level 3: Focuses on number sequences counting backwards. For instance, "Swim to the number that comes before 73."

Dish Dash: Help Chip set the table for dinner by choosing the correct plate.
Level 1: Focuses on letter recognition. For instance, "Find the plate with the letter (amongst 4 other plates that are numbered)."
Level 2: Focuses on letter sound recognition. For instance, "Find the letter that stands for the sound at the end of `sun.'"
Level 3: Focuses on spelling. For instance, "Find the letter that changes the word `ham' into `ram.'"

Hermit Crab Shuffle: Touch the hermit crab with the correct answer.
Level 1: Focuses on recognizing shapes. For example, "Find the circle."
Level 2: Focuses on number relationships and simple addition and subtraction. For example, "What number is less than 5?" and "8 squares minus 5 squares equal what number? (the problem is illustrated)"
Level 3: Focuses on addition and subtraction; and the problem is not illustrated. For example, "How much is 0 + 10?"

The Leapster2 was one of my daughter's birthday gifts last year (when she turned 5), at the time I also purchased 3 games for her (the I Spy treasure hunt, Tangled, and First Grade cartridges). Of those, the I Spy game has been her favorite and gotten the most replay.

I purchased this game (Disney Princesses: World of Enchantment) as a Christmas gift to expand her collection, and it has quickly become her new favorite. The games are fun and engaging, with just the right amount of challenge, and it has excellent replay value. Because it doesn't follow the storyline of a movie (like the Tangled game does), it is much more interesting to replay and definitely more educational. I highly recommend this game, and so does my daughter!

I bought this for my daughter who loves princesses. She is almost 5 and in kindergarten. She liked the game but declared it too difficult, I am thinking it would be better suited for a little older.

The Leapster2 is the first stepping stone into the world of individually controlled video game systems for my 3 year old granddaughter. She likes to pretend she is a princess so this theme is perfect for her. She has learned the step by step process from educational tv so this game will be fun and educational. It bolsters her imagination every time she turns it on.

As described.

This is a Christmas gift for my 3 year old Daughter, so we have been unable to use it yet, but the arrival was spot on. No damage to the package or product. If it's anything like the previous games we have bought, I know it will be a huge hit!

My 6 year old granddaughter really enjoyed playing ! She played a lot with an adult and then on her own, She picks it up quite often.

Niece loved it bought it for Christmas came just in time. I also tried it out and everything worked. Thank you so much!

5 year old loves it

My daughter loves it and plays it all the time at home or on the go it helped her learn alot more
