Lee Precision Load Master 223 Remington Reloading Rifle Kit

This replaced my Lee Pro 1000 press and I wish I had started out with this one instead. The 5 hole turret allows me to use a RCBS powder lock out die to prevent any under or over charges.

I bought this press to upgrade from my RCBS single stage press. It takes a couple hours to get it set up just right but once you do, it runs flawlessly. I ve loaded a couple hundred rounds through it with absolutely no issues from the press. I ve caused a few problems from my own errors but the press works great. I would highly recommend this reloading press.

Is this the best press that money can buy? No! But for the price it is a great deal. The instructions that were sent with it were useless but there are tons of YouTube videos available to show how to setup out of the box. This is the first press I have gotten and I am very happy. You may have tinker with it to get it running smoothly and have to maintain before you use it each time. To me the amount of money saved is worth the extra hassle.

For the money, this is hard to beat. It s a little fussy setting it up but when done correctly, it will reload very fast. The only problem is using flat bottom bullets, they have to be held in place until they enter the upper die. Short learning curve, ruined about 6 cartridges and then reloaded 50 in less than 10 minutes.

This is not plug and play. It will take time to setup correctly. If you are mechanically inclined and patient, you will love it, as I do.

Upon further inspection, I found some items missing. First the Lee Pro Auto-Disk Powder measure is missing the BRASS HOPPER NUTS (AD3397), an important part to holding this item together. Secondly the CASE FEED came with the Feed bracket, Crank Slider w screw but is missing the CASE SLIDER (TR2449) and FEED CRANK (LM3259), another important part to making this unit work. Well based on the note above, not only did Lee send them, they responded to my email the next day. I received not one but two emails, one from Tech support and one form Laine. She ordered what was missing, emailed me an invoice and I got the parts within 3 days. If that ain t customer support I don t know what could be better. I started loading .300 AAC Blackout and got over 150 cases setup for finale production as soon as I am able to get Primers. Other than that, the Lee Load Master is a breeze to setup, ease to switch from 5.56 to .300 with the 5 hole turret and pumps out finished bullets. Thanks Lee for great service and a wonderful product.

I think the Lee Load Master is not one of the best if not the best loaders I have ever used. I own almost all of the Lee loaders Lee manufactures. I also own a Lyman Press . I also have used some of the other presses out there. But I prefer the Lee Products.

Excellent product would suggest for a novice or experienced reloader, read all instructions. Congress with load recommendations also.
