Fit perfect on my Ruger American Rimfire for UTG Bi-Pod

This seems like a nice product, but I couldn t actually use it. It is supposed to be an adapter from a sling stud to picatinny rail suitable for a bipod, but it needs to be configured a bit different. I have an Axis style bipod with the quick detach attachment and single bar in the center of that attachment. I needed this to attach it to a wood rifle stock. Problem is, that huge knurled nut that goes over the stud is too wide to clear the front of the bipod quick detach so I can t hook the bipod to it, the slot will not reach the bar with the nut in place. Construction is decent, has a nice foam pad on the back and feels nice and heavy. The pin that goes through the sling stud is not treated so it had a tiny bit of rust on it, but the pin is threaded so you don t have to fumble with it while putting the whole thing together, a nice touch. It won t fall out if things get loose, either. Strange thing is, I see this exact adapter sold with dozens of bipods, that s why I thought it would work. Guess this bipod is a bit different.
