Delivery was prompt with Amazon Prime!!!

This flash drive is amazing. I was able to "move" and/or "copy" dozens of files from my fone's internal storage as well as it's additional external storage chip. One copy/transfer was 3700 images/videos and took less than 8 minutes to complete (phone to Sandisk).
The only "issue" I have with the SanDisk Ultra 128GB Dual Drive is that the "ports" are exposed to the elements. I would have left a 5 star rating, but it needs some sort of dust cover or caps for the plug ends, as I plan to keep one on my keychain, and there is no protection for dust, dirt, or pocket lint!. Maybe someone makes something for it, I hope.

Cute little Dual Drive. I bought it for my Samsung Galaxy S6 which does not has external micro SD storage. Great for storing videos, then plug in and play on cell phone, tablets or laptop, desktop.

This is exactly what I needed for transferring files between my phone, laptop and my wife's phone. Just make sure your phone has a file explorer. It may be daunting at first but once you figure it out you'll see how handy this thing is. I take a lot of pictures on my mirrorless camera and run them through lightroom. It's a breeze moving them over to my phone and can be done when I'm on the go. On a trip and using your phone camera but running out of memory? Get one of these, you won't regret it. Better to have it and not need than to need it and not have it.

SanDisk is an excellent and reliable product, and reliability is absolutely important when dealing with media files.

I use the SanDisk Ultra 128 to transfer photos from an Android smartphone to a Windows 10 PC.

Of course, I can transfer photos via Bluetooth (although slowly), and I can connect the smartphone directly to the PC via a USB cable. But, the convenience factor of this product is, I don't have to be tethered to a PC in the event a call comes in, and I need to be away from the PC during the call. I can still take the call, freely walk away from my desk and backup my photos at the same time.

The only caveat is . . . its tiny form factor has somewhat of a tradeoff. That is . . . because this thing is so tiny -- it can be easily lost or misplaced (at least for me when I am not focussed).

As I stated in the title, it is super fast to read your files but is pretty slow at writes. For me that is okay cause I typically use the same files over and over and do not have a need for fast writes but it would've been nice.

The device gets super hot when plugged in and it is great to transfer content off my phone without the need of a computer. I think this is the best of both worlds for cell phone users, if you have USB 2 on your phone and USB 3 on your computer you can't beat this device as writes from your phone are going to be on par with the connection it can support.

I had a 32MB one for a few weeks before I lost it and it was faster at writes with 70MB writes and 90MB reads. I decided to buy another bigger newer model and decided to put a lanyard on it to keep from losing it, so far it is working.

I bought the 128MB model and for the price I would buy another one if I needed two. I do suggest you buy a cheap lanyard or something so you can keep track of it. They are just so small that you are bound to lose it otherwise.

I bought this little drive after several other attempts at backing up my photos using an Android tablet for a trip I was taking. The tablet didn't have a lot of storage space or memory, so I wanted to back up the pictures to somewhere else. One can also drop, lose or have one's camera stolen while on a trip too. I was unable to get the tablet to recognize several different flash drives I purchased. Then I bought a portable hard drive that also wasn't acknowledged. Then I read about this little SanDisk device. After downloading the SanDisk Memory Zone app onto the tablet, the SanDisk flash drive was immediately recognized and opens up a system where your entire tablet contents can be transferred around inside the tablet, or to the SanDisk flash drive itself. It made copying or moving files pretty easy. It hung up on several occasions but I am blaming that on my primitive tablet and the huge amount of material I was attempting to move all in one large file. I also had problems with losing some image files after downloading them from my camera, but I am also blaming it on the tablet which had little memory or hard drive space. After searching amongst all my backed up files, I found them on the SanDisk flash drive. I like the fact I can have a backup hundreds of gigabytes of photos on a a teeny tiny flash drive that doesn't take up a lot of space. I didn't need to carry a backup hard drive with me on my trip either. I can now move some of the photos I want to share straight to my cellphone or laptop. I wish the program inside the SanDisk flash and Memory Zone app worked on my desktop because it makes moving large files faster and easier. Perhaps they could develop something like that in the future.

Warning: I had to attach the SanDisk drive to a lanyard to keep from losing it it was so tiny. Perhaps other users might be less likely to lose things as I am, but it would be very easy to lose this out of one's pocket or purse without something to keep it grounded. The way the two different connectors slide could have been easier to operate, but having both a standard USB and micro-USB/OTG connector built into it was worth the inconvenience.

This is one of the best USB 3.0 flash drives I have ever bought! The sheer convenience of plugging into my PC on the one side (USB 3.0 port), & using the other end to plug into my phone/tablet (Micro USB port), essentially sells itself.

Aside from that, it is small & convenient to carry around with you. It is such great convenience to copy/move any of my files, to & from my PC & my phone, or maybe to & from my phone & tablet. It keeps you from using a USB to Micro USB cable or Bluetooth, to transfer/move files between two devices, which is slower than just moving to this USB drive & plugging it right away to the other device. It's just faster & more convenient, & you really don't have to worry about not having a lot of space, since this USB 3.0 drive is 128GB.

I definitely recommend this USB because of amount of space, speed of copying/moving/transferring files to each device, & the convenience of carrying this around with you as well.

I never thought that I'd become a brand or product loyalist when it comes to flash drives, but having used my SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive for a while now, I can't imagine using anything else. For me, it's the perfect size for looping onto a keychain, the memory and write speed have been as advertised, and the plastic casing has survived some serious wear-and-tear, including being dropped on pavement.

What I especially like is the way it works with the Memory Zone app, which comes preloaded on it. (You can also get it for free from the various app stores.) It's a fantastic organizer, and while I've used it with other flash drives, it seems to work faster and cleaner with the Dual Drive. If you buy the drive, definitely try it out.

Next time I need a flash drive, I know what I'll be buying. It's the best.

IT'S NOT ABOUT BEING THE FASTEST. YOU CAN PUT ONE END INTO YOUR LOWER END SMARTPHONE, TRANSFER DATA, SONGS, MOVIES, DATA, TO DRIVE, THEN PROPERLY REMOVE, SLIDE THE MIDDLE, AND IT CAN BE USED IN MOST USB 2 (the traditional older type) as a flash drive for transfer, playing data, adding, removing or whatever just like any flash drive. I have used it in an old BLU brand smartphone, two HUAWEI/HONOR newer smartphones, a 2 in 1 Chromebook, an old cheapest Chromebook AND MY FIRE TV (not the newest fireTv which doesn't have a USB port, but the prior has a USB port, and can use it as a flash drive for music, movies, data with fireTV. No longer have a Windows laptop, so no info. Not an Apple owner, so don't know. It doesn't transfer fast, but it does EASILY transfer micro USB cable devices to a std USB device.

Had to take a star off for the large disparity between Read and Write speeds. The Ultra Flair model for example, has drastically higher write speeds at 80mb/s. It is a little disappointing, but other than that it works fine with all USB OTG devices I have used it with and with consoles. Included is a benchmark of it.

It comes pre-formatted with FAT32 which can be convenient for most as it is still the most compatible partition type.

One thing to note is it does get pretty hot which is somewhat of a concern so we will see how well it holds up. The slider works without issue. If you want to make use of this on your tablet or cellphone, verify they do in fact support USB OTG. Even though you can physically insert it into the port, not every device supports it. Many cheaper phones do not.

Included is a second benchmark using a USB 2.0 hub in the same USB 3.0 port to show what you might expect in an older computer without USB 3.0.
