My duke.. I spent nearly 2K on this beast and the front/top panel usb+headphone/mic ports are loose as in when i plug something in either it cant reach bc its too deep into the case or its a no-go altogether; I suspecty its not screwed in ata all as the ports sink in far when i try to connect something. This shyt happens.. sure.. but I paid a lot of money for this thing.. you guys couldn't assemble the case correctly?? wtf..? Everything else works great.. sure.. but I already had a setup designed to utilize the rear ports for headphones and mic but wtf my duke?! what if I or others needed those front ports.. forget that, what if we needed it, plus, we paid nearly 2 thousand fkn dollars for the machine??!! if I paid 1K maybe it would be acceptable but give me a fkn break.. 2K and I cant use the front/top ports... This thing is crazy heavy Im not gonna return it; but fk me then, right?

After only a few months it died.
Starts for a few seconds and dies then tried to start again then dies. My tech
Support guru tells me to check my
Connections and make sure my RAM
Is seated. I did that. One by one again
And again. Then a day later he tells me to do it again, I did it AGAIN.
Now nothing from him. I am not
A happy camper. Going to send it
Back to Cyberpower will update and
Let you know how the repair goes and how long it takes. ??

UPDATE !!
I sent unit back to Cyberpower.
It was fixed and returned in 7 days.
CPU went bad. Decided to put in a
New Corsair 850 watt gold psu.
Computer is running fine at this time.
Paying to ship computer back to Cyberpower cost a pretty penny but
Overall service was fast. Things happen and the warranty coverage
Worked. I have updated my rating
To 4 stars.

First, let me start off saying that some reviews say they use bottom barrel parts. The only bottom barrel parts I received was the keyboard. The mouse even has weights that can be removed or added to it for comfort. The fans are not noisy, the graphics card is beefy, the system itself was wonderfully packaged and is very sturdy.

Value (most major components only and lowest price I can find on Amazon at this time):
$29 mouse: CYBERPOWERPC ELITE M1 131 7 COLOR GAMING MOUSE
$9 keyboard: CYBERPOWERPC MULTIMEDIA/INTERNET USB KEYBOARD
$409.99 CPU: OEM INTEL CORE I7-9700K 3.60GHZ 8/8 12MB CACHE LGA1151 95W
$32.99 watercooler: CYBERPOWERPC 550LC 120MM WATERCOOLER
$759.99 graphics card: Gigabyte: NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2080 8GB GDDR6
$138.24 mobo: GIGABYTE GA-Z370 HD3-OP ATX USB 3.1 SATA3 1 M.2 CROSSFIRE
and more.
The Ram is not as beefy as I would like, but that is to be expected. I will replacing that.
All in all, a solid 4.5 stars, but I cannot rate it that.
Well worth the cost to me.

I bought this a few weeks ago for my son and he loves it. It's a powerful gaming PC, handles graphically demanding games with no problem at all. He also loves the RGB lighting fans that can change color.

My unit came with a Gigabyte GeForce RTXâ„¢ 2080 TURBO OC 8G, which is loud. Stays cool and stable even after overclocking by blowing the air out from the back of the PC, but can be loud when playing graphically demanding games. The PSU fan is quite loud as well, but the GPU fan is louder. This Gigabyte GPU doesn't have any RGB lighting either, which is a bummer. Also, the SSD is small and the motherboard is a standard ASRock Z370 Pro4.

The Intel i7-9700K CPU that came with it is powerful. Runs at 4.6 MHz on all eight cores with Turbo Boost. CPU usage never goes above 50% even with the most CPU demanding games, like GTA V. There is really no need to overclock it with most games.

Overall, it's a great gaming PC, especially for the price.

I expected since brand and models weren't listed for the parts they'd be bottom of the barrel parts, once I opened the case I realized this isn't the case (pun intended).

My only real con with the pc it is not quiet, much louder than anything I've owned previously. For me that's not a problem, for others I could see it being an issue.

Being someone that normally would build their own pc, from a price point I found this very fair. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

I decided to make the move to PC gaming and sold my PS4 a few months ago. I've had a few months owning this tower and still can't think of what else I could possibly ask of it. This computer does EVERYTHING. In fact, I don't even know how they got it down to this price point. The GTX 2080 you get is worth $1400 alone. The processor is the newest one, in fact there were advertisements for it during E3, And it's liquid cooled. And it has an SSD. And it supports VR. And it has 8 cores. This is worth FAR MORE than 2k.

You're probably wondering what all it does, right? Well, don't worry, I've tested it out. It's as insane as it looks.

✔ EMULATORS - No, seriously. PCSX2? It renders that in like a thousand frames. Dolphin? Easy money. Here's how crazy this thing is: you can ACTUALLY emulate PS3 and even Switch games on it. I've tried. They actually WORK.

✔ NEWEST GAMES - Effortlessly. Like, the emulators are more challenging and this computer runs those like butter. I remember playing RAGE 2 and Rainbow Six on this computer on max settings with no stutters. You want to play anything on ultra settings? You want this thing right here.

✔ RESPECT - Anyone who knows what they're talking about will tell you that this is top-of-the-line, not just for a pre-built, but in general. You got those nerdy 'build it yourself bro' PC friends? Show them this. I guarantee they'll be as stumped as I am at how the price is this low.

✔ CUSTOMIZABLE - Tinkering with this thing is super easy. It comes with a glass case in the left side and a couple of screws that are easy to take out. You just slide the glass case off, make sure the thing is turned off (duh) and you can get to replacing anything you want. The cable management is clean and it's pretty easy to figure out.

✔ DURABLE - Whoever designed this computer was smart. Everything is intuitive. You worried about your hand bumping into the tower? Don't be. They've got a thick covering that wraps around this thing like a shield and absorbs impact. And if it bumps into the glass? Doesn't matter, because the motherboard and peripherals are installed behind the thick covering, meaning that the most important parts are always protected.

There isn't enough positive stuff I can say about this computer. I downloaded every emulator out there and relived my entire childhood through it. Every game feels super immersive and everything you do on here feels like an adventure. I highly, highly recommend this computer if you can afford it. It's top-of-the-line. Seriously.

Words cannot describe how great a value this is. I received this bad boy a few days early the packaging was spot on and ready to be hooked up and used. First off, I received the Geforce RTX 2080 graphics card installed on mine which I am pleased with as I have ran several games like Sekiro, Devil May Cry V, Metro 2033, Forza 4, Gears 4, and a few others running at MAX settings 4K resolution with 50+ FPS on average on dipping on some truly demanding scenes. The only game I ran that really pushed the computer to its limit was Shadow of Tomb Raider which had an average 40 FPS with shadows set on High instead of MAX. 16GB of RAM was enough for me and the I7-9700K was a beast as well. The only real problem I had was not being sure if my CPU liquid cooler was working fine as it feels warm all the time but I was told by tech support that the idle temp on the CPU should be around 40 degrees Celsius average and my temps were like 30-35 on idle so I guess its doing its job. Aside from that this thing is a beast and the design itself looks better in person. The keyboard that's included feels cheap and the mouse is pretty decent but those were just extra items included from my perspective and I could care less about them.

The package arrived in a huge Amazon box with inserts and packing tape protecting the original CyberpowerPC box inside, which was much smaller. My original box was flawless, no dents or rips- great sign. UPS did a great job with the handling.

It booted up right away drama free. First thing I did was checked the parts to make sure they were as advertised and yes it was...
1. CPU Intel i7-9700k
2. Ram 16 GB DDR4 Adata XBG brand
3. GPU GeForce RTX 2080 8 GB- Gigabyte
4. 240 GB SSD -Western Digital
5. 1 TB HDD
6. Motherboard Gigabyte Z370 HD3
7. Liquid cooling
8. 6 3.0 USB ports
9. Wifi pcie wireless card

First impressions its a beautiful and very large desktop. Fan lights in red, RGB lit Gigabyte logo on the GPU, RBG lit mouse, tinted tempered glass side panel. The wiring inside was very neat. The motherboard I can see many slots for future upgrades. NVme m2 slot for a fast ssd hd, another slot for another GPU, 2 slots for more ram, etc. The slot position of the wifi card was nice, it was far away from the gpu to give it space.

I ran Unigine Heaven benchmark program on ultra settings and it scored 6556 on the first run. I'm not sure how good that is, but the avg FPS was 260.3...the gpu temp went to 71C. It looked good. I'll try other games later.

The PSU is very loud, it sounds like an air conditioner on low. I assume the PSU is 800 Watts. The other fans seem pretty quiet.

Overall sofar I love it. I hope it lasts awhile.

Okay, I love this thing. It's probably the best and most powerful computer I've ever owned. And a great value. It runs Oculus Rift amazing great. Way better than the the i5, GTX 1060 I built. Plus, I use it full time for work in my home office. It is blazing fast.

I've built a few computers and did the math on this one. $300 for the CPU, $700 for the graphics card, $70 for the RAM, $100 for Windows, $150 for the SSD and HD, $200 (at least) for the mother board, another $200-$300 for the case and power supply--and don't forget the keyboard, mouse, and miscellaneous internal cables and fans. I think you'd be hard-pressed to build something similar for under $2,000.

Only complaint is that one of the panels on the case vibrates and buzzes a little bit and that's annoying. I couldn't find a way to tighten it by just opening the side panel, so there it is. Oh, and the power button placement makes it easy to hit accidentally if you have it set up like I have mine. I have it on a little cart on wheels so I can move it around when I connect my Oculus. But that's probably unique to my set up.

So, I have had to undervolt the cpu and drop the clock to 4.0 to maintain temps under 95 while gaming, which is ridiculous in my opinion. I had already decided to replace the cooler, but not before checking the case fans and radiator fans to find that all fans were pulling air into the case and none were dumping hot air out. So, long story short, I moved 2 fans to the top to dump air out and reversed the radiator fans to pull cold air in thru the radiator, then one fan in front pulling air in. After that, my temps never go above 80 while gaming. Whoever is putting these things together needs to have a lesson on air circulation.

Other than that, the machine is a beast, chews thru anything I throw at it, and even without hyper threading capability, the processor handles hardcore gaming, and VR without issue or the need to overclock. Hell, even when I had the clock set to 4.0 it showed no problem.

A decent test was star citizen on highest settings flying around grim hex, 76 degrees across the cpu, 70 degrees on the gpu and 80+fps.
