This is my second Acer Aspire AIO and I LOVE IT! My original Acer is 7 years old and running perfectly but I wanted more RAM, HD and solid state drive. It downloads and transfers sooo much faster than my 4 GB Acer

Downside: The stand is NOT ADJUSTABLE and sits very high (17.5") making webcam awkward and reducing computer placement options. Keyboard is very sensitive. I'm an old typist (100 WPM) but on this keyboard I make tons of mistakes so I just purchased a different keyboard.

All in all this Aspire Z24 is a great value. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

100 % satisfaccion con producto y servicio.

Its been a while since I got a new PC. I mostly use my Macs now, but have 2 PCs including one I have in my shop which I use for research, some industrial controls, etc. This is the machine I was looking to replace with this one. This is a FAST machine. It boots incredibly fast. Drive performance is solid (built in drive). The screen is beautiful. I like that it is an all in one for my shop because I was looking to get rid of the desktop base on my older Dell which takes up much needed benchtop space. It actually comes with the base off (hand thread on if you want to use it). Setup is incredibly easy -- just plug in the computer with included adapter. Bluetooth keyboard and mouse worked out of the box (with included batteries). I am disappointed that both of them use disposable batteries. The awesome news is that the computer itself runs off of DC so I can run the computer off of solar without conversion which is WAY more efficient.

I love the display size. Not large enough for my coding needs or multi-desktop use -- but I imagine it would meet most home needs -- certainly including mine. As an office computer I think the screen is too small (although again incredibly high quality and great color).

I'd highly recommend this for home, student, or small office use. The only users that would be disappointed are those that need a larger 30"+ sized screen. Performance is solid.

One other note-- advertising says it includes Amazon Alexa. The included Alexa software is the latest (no upgrades). But when I login to Amazon to enable the application it lands on a non-working Amazon page coded into the application (which cannot be changed) which shows as a non-working web page. Therefore Alexa as advertised and installed DOES NOT work. It also includes Cortona -- which has much better speech recognition that it used to. It definitely can be used for text to speech -- but I don't like it.

Wow. This is a great computer. Any complaints made about the C24-865 have been resoundingly addressed here.

Notable features:
-The keyboard USB dongle is in the bottom edge of the monitor. This is a great improvement, as often they plug into the back causing bad/choppy keyboard response.
-The mouse is already plugged in and ready to go.
-The SD reader, audio jack, and keyboard dongle are all on the bottom edge. Easy access!
-You can easily add a second/dual monitor.
-This monitor is nice and bright with a great, wide viewing angle.
-It does have a disc drive, which is becoming rare these days.
-Because it has a solid state drive, it reboots ridiculously fast.
-It has a dual mic, and the sound quality of the speakers is fantastic.
-Alexa works very well with it.
-The webcan quality is better.
-We did plug our Firestick into the HDMI port (oh yeah, it has one) and it works. You can use this like a TV if you wanted to.
-It’s convenient. Plug in the power cord and you’re ready to go.

My husband is in IT and works with this stuff every day. He loves this computer. We have installed it in a public area and created accounts for everyone. The whole family uses it, and the kids are getting a jump on back to school assignments using this. It’s amazing!

I've only had it up and running for 24 hours and I can already tell this is a massive upgrade from the acer C24 which I was using previously and here's a simple list of what I love about it and what I didn't;
#1 - It's way way faster and more responsive than the aspire c24; sometimes if I had a lot of tabs open and I typed it would take a few seconds for my key strokes to match up with what was displayed on the screen. Videos load faster and the display is sharper.
#2 - I love cortana but my home is powered by Alexa and now I have that option built into the computer as well so I can ask alexa to do things and remind me of things and combine that with the alexa's I have elsewhere in the other place of my house.
#3 - The sound quality is SO MUCH BETTER, the c24 had the quietest speakers so if I had a fan on or the AC was going or someone outside was cutting the grass I couldn't hear anything with them at 100% volume. The Z24 ca be on half the volume and regardless of what's going on around me I can hear everything perfectly.
#4 - Straight out of the box everything was ready to go and all I had to do was plug it in, add batteries to the keyboard and mouse and log in and everything I loved about windows was up and running.
#5 - It's thin and and large and has crystal clear HD and amazing 4k quality and since the mouse and keyboard are wireless I set it up across my bed and I can use it as T when I want to and go back to using it as a computer when I need to get work done.
#6 - Everything you need comes with it, there's no extra speakers that need connecting, the webcam is built in and has multiple microphones, the connecting chip for the mouse was already attached so everything is super user friendly.
Cons - I don't know if this even counts but the only negative thing I can think of is it's obviously much heavier than the c24, but for everything it has built in that's a given. Plus it's a desktop with an adjustable tilting screen so it's not really necessary for it to be lightweight.
All in all I love it way more than the Macs I've had in the past that cost triple the price

It's a bit crazy how far computers have come. I work off a tablet, my husband off a laptop. We haven't bought a new "desktop" in years. There's no tower, the computer and monitor are one. The monitor is large with insanely crisp graphics and color. Despite the computer being built into the monitor, it's still very slim and light weight.
Assembly is a breeze. You simply attach the monitor to the base with one built in screw that you turn by hand. There is one plug- from the computer to the wall. You pop your batteries (which are included) into the wireless mouse and keyboard and you're good to go.
Setup was super simple- a voice enabled "Cortana" walks you through the process and it's relatively quick. I was a little alarmed that it asked if it wanted to pair with my phone where it would have access to all data, including texts and messenger apps (I chose 'No') but hey, this is the age we're living in now.
Windows 10 is preinstalled and it also comes with several apps including Amazon Alexa. I signed into my Amazon account and was instantly streaming music with my Amazon Music account. The sound quality was pretty good for how small the speakers are. There is also a disc drive- most laptops don't even have that these days!
The speed was crazy quick, booting up barely takes any time at all. Apps and webpages load very quickly. It is wifi enabled and has an ethernet port for those who may still be wired. It has a built in webcam and microphone for Skype or whatever. It also has multiple USB ports, headphone jack, HDMI port....all you could ask for really. You really could use this as a TV if you wanted.
I honestly couldn't ask for more out of this computer. And at a good price point, you really can't go wrong with this one.

I have been wanting a desktop computer for a while now for my home office. I haven't used a PC outside of work for over 10 years but I didn't want to pay Apple prices. I can say I am glad I ordered this desktop, I was a little afraid it would be hard to use at first but it is actually very simple. I like the layout and design and having all my go-to apps and webpages easily available. I can get to Amazon's page and Netflix with just one quick click. I use this computer for simple web browsing, online shopping, bill pay, and checking e-mails. For my purposes I find this desktop perfect!
This was very simple to put together. You will need a screw driver but other than that I put this together in about 5 minutes. The mouse and keyboard come with batteries so you don't need to worry about having extra of those. When you turn the computer on you are walked through all the steps to complete set-up. The mouse does seem to require a mouse pad and will not work on just a wood desk top however. I love that everything is built into the screen, very space saving.
Also, the resolution on the screen is great! I don't usually watch shows on my computer but sometimes when doing other projects in my home office I wish I had a TV in there, now I've been playing my favorite shows and it makes doing other not so fun projects enjoyable.

This is a really nice system. It's an all-in-one, so the footprint is small (just the size of the keyboard and monitor). I has a DVD drive, which is really unusual these days. And the hard drive is SSD so it's fast!

I tried multiple typical uses. For web surfing, it's perfect. For streaming video (Netflix, etc) it's perfect. There was no lag, no streaking, no trouble at all. The sound is excellent.

This is NOT a great gaming rig (and it doesn't claim to be). There's no dedicated video card, just standard Intel UHD graphics. That did not cause me the least problem with games that are less graphic intensive, but I wouldn't want to try anything too demanding. I gave up MMORPGs awhile back, so I couldn't try any, but I wouldn't recommend this system for those regardless. The specs are just not here.

Basically, if you are looking for a PC that is relatively inexpensive, for your kid to use for his/her homework followed by a bit of Fortnite, or an elderly parent to use for web surfing, this is an excellent choice at an extremely reasonable price.

In general I am not a huge fan of these “all in one” computers, as they cannot be easily upgraded. However, they certainly have their uses and if you want something that will not take up a lot of space and looks nice these are the way to go.

My college student uses and all in one (not this particular one )as a backup to her laptop. She is not interested in fancy gaming and does not want a huge desktop taking up space in her dorm room. With these all in ones she can hook up to the dorm ethernet, work on papers that require more typing, do online tests and quizzes (where ethernet is more stable) and also uses it to watch stuff by streaming. This one has a DVD writer as well.

This has a i5-9400T hexa core (6). It is 1.8 GHz. Comes with 12GB of memory (you can upgrade to 16, it is DDR4 SDRAM). It also has a 512 GB SSD drive, I like that, it means it boots faster and SSD is more stable and faster than a regular hard drive. SSD is also quieter, a plus when the whole device is right in front of you) The T version is a little slower than the non T version. This is not going to matter one iota if you are writing word documents, scrolling Facebook, reading the news and playing Words with Friends. If you are trying to play AAA games (the kind that need amazing graphics and speed) this is not for you.

The on button is on the back, you need to reach around on the right side (when facing it) to turn it on

This one has a nice HD webcam and built in mics, so when you video conference it is easy for the other person to hear you. Speakers are good for the size as well. It has a headphone jack (on the bottom edge, which is not easy to access) as well as an SD card slot (again, accessing it is not easy).

Has HDMI-in and HDMI-out ports (this is useful, as you can use as a monitor for another device) , two USB 3.1, one USB 3.1 Type-C port, one USB 2.0 port, and an Ethernet port (see photo) Can use the HDMI in port so can hook up a firetv stick or whatever for use as well.

You cannot adjust the height of the monitor, this is a GIANT pain. It does not have VESA mount holes either, so you cannot just put it on another stand. It does tilt. I am taking a star for this, if you do not make the stand adjustable, at least put VESA mount holes in it so a person can get a different stand.

Annoying things:

It asks for a Microsoft sign it upon booting and it is not obvious how to get around it. If you keep entering wrong stuff it will eventually give you an option to log on without it to skip it but it keeps harassing you to put a Microsoft logon in.

Keyboard and mouse are “meh”. You can attach another one with a usb

The screen is phenomenal and easily used as a small TV or high-quality office computer. What is cool about this all-in-one computer is that the monitor actually feels about the same weight and size as a flat-screen monitor from about 5-7 years ago. Yet it is a full computer, which is just amazing. The quality display really makes this a nice product from a graphics perspective. That said, while it has an excellent screen for watching streaming shows, it’s really not a gaming computer as it has an integrated video card and would not be appropriate for high-end gaming. It is awesome if you have wanted to multi-task and stream shows, videos, etc all while performing basic office tasks for work which this computer is really well suited for. Checking emails on this screen is unbelievably convenient because of the large screen and easy viewing of a large number of emails.

The Setup: There is some setup with the display screen. You will need to assemble the stand which is just a matter of screwing together a few parts and it’s fairly easy. Be sure to uncork the plastic from the base and actually screw the screen in. Otherwise, it will literally tilt off of the base and fall. I have provided a picture of how easy it is once it is understood. The keyboard and mouse work without setup and are fully wireless. They are battery-powered though and that isn’t the best.

Specs: The performance for most basic applications except those needing a high-end graphics card is fantastic. I primarily use for Microsoft Office, Adobe, Internet browsing, and streaming. I’ve had no issues and it can simultaneously run a number of programs with 12 GB memory with ease. Other nice features include inbuilt wifi (no Ethernet cord needed) and connections (HDMI) for either a second monitor or output to a larger TV. (note that there is one HDMI in and one HDMI out).
The 512 GB SSD is great for basic storage especially of almost any set of software (which is really nice to have an SSD for faster run speeds), but an external hard drive would be needed for more expansive storage as this does not have add-on ports since there is no tower. The computer itself runs quiet and has not overheated even under heavy use. Video and sound quality have been qualitatively fantastic in my tests so far and I have no complaints.
I am really impressed! This computer multi-tasks well and is very user-friendly. Cortana can guide your way through windows with this visually appealing and easy to use computer. Cortana may also be used with Alexa. I think this is an excellent choice and that you will be pleased.
